Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Medium, GitHub, Pinterest, Scribd, and others.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to achieve performance and conversion goals.
- Create engaging and original content for websites, blogs, forums, Q&A sites, and social media channels.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms.
- Connect and collaborate with influencers and content creators for marketing partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and optimize customer journeys to increase engagement and conversions.
- Optimize website content and structure (SEO) to improve organic rankings.
- Manage and optimize PPC (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth, ROI, and develop winning digital marketing plans.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and content teams to produce high-quality materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Customize WordPress websites (Divi Theme) and maintain marketing pages.
- Create and edit promotional videos using Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
Educational Requirements:
HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
