∎ Certification in Digital Marketing, Meta, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools.
∎ Must be experienced with Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Remarketing, and Retargeting ads.
∎ Knowledge about Content Marketing, Media Buying, and Planning in both Meta and Google platforms.
∎ Strong leadership qualities coupled with a deep understanding of the market.
∎ Positive attitude and adeptness in working within a team environment.
∎ Excellent presentation, communication, managerial, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities along with proficient analytical and quantitative skills.
∎ Capable of excelling in a deadline-driven work environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns and building marketing areas.
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ads, Social Media, Blog, Website & Email, etc, to increase company and brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Efficiently managing budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
∎ Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
∎ Manage and update the company's websites regularly, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content following SEO best practices in collaboration with the SEO and web development team.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
