∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred) or any relevant discipline
∎ Professional certification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields (preferred)

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory
∎ Experience in design, marketing, or branding fields preferred
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
∎ Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/Figma, Premiere Pro/CapCut
∎ Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools
∎ Knowledge of website backend (WordPress/CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
∎ Familiarity with Australian or Western brand tone/style will be an advantage
∎ Digital Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google)
∎ Video editing & motion graphics
∎ Website content updates (CMS)
∎ Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
∎ Graphic Design (Adobe Suite/Canva)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create engaging designs for social media, promotional campaigns, menus, flyers, and banners
∎ Plan, manage, and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
∎ Monitor campaign performance through Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
∎ Capture and edit high-quality photos/videos for digital use
∎ Develop and manage content calendars for multiple brands
∎ Regularly update and maintain our company websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
∎ Design visuals for email marketing, website banners, and marketing materials
∎ Work collaboratively with Australian team and follow branding guidelines
∎ Hybrid: Office-based (Dhaka) and remote
∎ Direct collaboration with the Australian head office
