Advertising Ageny, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating Marketing Strategy & Campaign plans for clients' businesses.
∎ Writing Copy for Ads and Creating ads campaign for clients' businesses.
∎ Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Keeping regular communication with clients and having to take feedback on the campaign performance and have to fix issues if any.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more).
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
∎ Proven working experience in digital marketing.
∎ Proven SEO Skills & In-depth experience with website analytics.
∎ Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
∎ Ability to do some graphic design work.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
