Job Context:
∎ Oncos Molbiol Ltd. (sister concern of Radiant Pharmaceuticals Ltd.) is a Bangladesh Government approved Level-3 Molecular Diagnostic laboratory formed with a motto "Fighting cancer through early detection and research" to serve the patients with quality reporting. Oncos Molbiol Lab has collaboration with leading molecular laboratory in USA for Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) for cancer patients. Oncos Molbiol Laboratory is now doing RT-PCR test for Covid19, different infectious viruses, HBV-DNA (Qn.), HCV-RNA (Qn.), HPV Genotyping, HLA-B27 Genotyping etc. with world class; USA FDA approved platforms/kits.
∎ To explore Oncos laboratory services, we are looking for competent and dynamic Sales personnel having experience in molecular diagnostic field in the following positions:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving the revenue target.
∎ Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of territory and monitoring day wise sales and taking care of collection and payment outstanding.
∎ Meeting with doctors and generating prescriptions within the specified territory.
∎ Building relationship with key clients and doctors. Generating sales and providing new leads by detailing our USP.
∎ Developing new collection centers and manage existing collection centers and other B2B & Corporate business.
∎ Providing support to the existing branches like marketing support and brand building activities etc.
∎ Engaging collaborates to make them target-oriented.
∎ Having market awareness & market intelligence and service improvement suggestions to superiors.
∎ Intra department coordination for smooth running of territory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 1-year experience in Diagnostic/Pharma/Specialty sales
∎ Preferable Masters in Science from any reputed public or private university
∎ Must able to drive two wheeler
∎ Good communication and selling skills with sound market knowledge
