• Professional Requirements: He will be responsible for leading and managing the internal audit function within the garments and laundry division of entire group. For the same reason, experiences in RMG industry are highly desirable. This role involves evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, cost control and auditorial processes to ensure financial compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards. He has to develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan for asset and prioritize the audit risks based on the division’s objectives, processes, and environment. Must have sense to establish strategies which may lead and supervise audit teams in the planning, execution and reporting. Should have solid ideas about operational processes (woven – laundry – suit) and RMG culture. Have to produce concise and actionable audit reports for central management to present audit findings, recommendations, and risk assessments for the key stakeholders. Provide training and guidance on audit methodologies, tools and best practices. He must have capacity to evaluate team performance and manage resource allocation to optimize audit effectiveness. Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, senior management, HoDS, and external partners.
