• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in garments industries.

• Strong knowledge of industrial machines (Sewing, finishing, Cutting, Fusing).Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and reporting ability in both English and Bengali

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the mechanical maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all machinery and utility systems.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all production and utility equipment to ensure optimum performance.

• Minimize machine breakdown time and enhance machine efficiency through continuous monitoring, root-cause analysis, and improvement initiatives.

• Plan, control, and maintain the spare parts inventory; coordinate with the Procurement Department for timely sourcing and replenishment of critical spare parts.

• Provide immediate technical troubleshooting and support to the production team during machine downtime to ensure minimum production loss.

• Maintain accurate documentation related to machinery maintenance, service history, calibration records, and compliance audits.

• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.

• Collaborate closely with the Electrical and Utility teams to execute joint maintenance tasks and operational problem-solving.

• Prepare periodic maintenance cost reports and recommend cost-effective solutions, energy-saving measures, and performance improvements.
