Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute the overall merchandising and marketing strategies to meet business goals.

∎ Create and manage annual budgets for the merchandising and marketing departments.
∎ Oversee product selection, assortment planning, and inventory management to maximize sales and profitability.
∎ Collaborate with the buying team to ensure the product mix aligns with market demand and brand positioning.
∎ Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance in-store and online customer experiences.
∎ Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
