∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Position- DGM - Tax & Vat to join our team at our Head Office, Dhaka.
∎ Education - CA (Part Qualified) / ICMA (Part/Fully Qualified)
∎ Experience - 12 to 15 Years in Tax & Vat. Related industry will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare company wise annual corporate tax basis financial statements.
∎ Preparation of company wise annual corporate tax return.
∎ Computation of taxable Income of employees & TDS calculation.
∎ Preparation of director's personal tax return.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of income tax related issues and tax planning.
∎ Prepare proper documentation for return submission and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate.
∎ Liaising and maintaining all tax related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain tax benefits.
∎ Prepare documents for tax appeal, hearing and assessment purpose.
∎ Monitor deduction of tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time.
∎ Prepare tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law.
∎ Must have experience in Income Tax related -Appeal, Tribunal, Hearing
∎ Completion of audit to be conducted by different authorities on time to time.
∎ Other tax related activities as per management requirements.
∎ Prepare Company wise Vat Return.
∎ Monthly Vat Return Submit to Vat Office.
∎ Maintain Communication with Vat Office. Monitor & Assist to all Accounts Department for Vat related works.
