Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure target achievement.
· Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
· Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
· Prepare regular sales reports and provide strategic insights to management.
· Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target.
· Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.
· Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
