∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in leading real estate organizations finance and accounts related functions and activities. Financial Foresight: Ability to anticipate financial management issues and address them in delivering value to the business. Business Acumen: Knowledge of the methodologies, processes and systems allowing a company to deliver business result. Financial Compliance: Knowledge about the compliance requirements with the applicable financial policies and regulations of the country and the company. Competencies Operator Role: Financial Accounting and Reporting, Banking and Finance, Treasury Management, Strategic investment Management, Finance Business Partnering, Personnel Planning and Management Strategist Roles: (a) Formulation of Business and Financial Strategies (b) Strategic Risk Management (c) Managing Business Process Compliance

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Liaison with all bank’s Head Office and branches.
∎ To prepare loan proposal & submission of related documents to bank officials and maintain personal relationship with them.
∎ Supervise bank payment to keep CIB unclassified.
∎ Redeem or Mortgage properties for smooth business operation.
∎ Arrange LC/ BG facility for supply chain department as per their need.
∎ To maintain all bank documents properly.
∎ To keep bank book, ledger book, and other bank documents correctly and up-To-date.
∎ To align with Estate Department for keeping updated bank loan related all property  documents.
∎ Prepare ABP for bank.
∎ Liaison with all sister concerns accounts heads of the Rupayan Group.
∎ Cash Management, Liquidity Maintenance, Availability of Funds, Deployment of Funds, Optimum utilization of resources, Risk Management.
∎ To maintain all documents properly.
∎ To keep various book, ledger & other documents.14.   To prepare various statement for Management purpose.
∎ To follow up and prepare all department for inflow & outflow statement.
∎ To assist CFO & CS (RG) for smooth functioning of the banking and other works.
∎ Any other responsibilities as the management assigns from time to time.
