• Masters in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

• Product Roadmap – Define and prioritize new product concepts that align with brand strategy and market trends.
• Vendor Management – Build, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and factories to ensure quality and cost targets.
• Costing & Pricing – Develop accurate cost structures, margin models, and pricing strategies for upcoming collections.
• Sample Coordination – Oversee the creation, review, and approval of prototypes, ensuring they meet design specs and timelines.
• Tech Pack Development – Create detailed technical packages (materials, construction, sizing) for production teams.
• Inventory Planning – Forecast demand, set initial stock levels, and coordinate replenishment to balance sell‑through and turnover.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and finance to keep all departments synced on launch plans.
• Performance Analysis – Track key metrics (sell‑through, GMROI, margin) post‑launch and feed insights back into future development cycles.
• Risk Management – Identify potential supply‑chain or quality issues early and implement mitigation actions.
• Process Improvement – Continuously refine development workflows, tools, and templates to boost efficiency and speed‑to‑market.
