Our company specializes in recruiting workforce for Central and Eastern Europe. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Development Manager to join our Bangladesh branch. This key role focuses on driving sales growth through establishing and managing strong partnerships with local recruitment agencies. Candidates with international experience or from diverse cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the portfolio of local agency partners.      

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements with recruitment agencies and relevant organizations.      

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure optimal collaboration and results.      

• Collaborate closely with the head office team to align objectives and report progress.       

• Oversee the performance and productivity of the local team.   

• Prepare and submit regular reports on business development and sales performance.      

• Participate in daily meetings with the head office team.

  Requirements:      

  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).    

  • Strong understanding of the local business environment and culture·       

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.  

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.       

  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday (Friday off), from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
