Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the portfolio of local agency partners.
∎ Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements with recruitment agencies and relevant organizations.
∎ Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure optimal collaboration and results.
∎ Collaborate closely with the head office team to align objectives and report progress.
∎ Oversee the performance and productivity of the local team.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on business development and sales performance.
∎ Participate in daily meetings with the head office team.Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Strong understanding of the local business environment and culture· Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management. Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
