Knowledge: Strong understanding of student visa procedures and overseas education systems

Skills and Expertise:

• Good communication and public relation skills

• Positive “can-do” attitude

• Team player with multitasking abilities

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated Destination Manager to manage our study abroad programs. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in guiding students through the visa process and establishing partnerships with educational institutions. This role is key to expanding our services and ensuring a smooth student placement experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all areas of study abroad programs including counselling, admissions processing and visa application guidance

• Build strong relationships with international educational institutions to support student placements

• Keep up to date with immigration policies, visa requirements and study programs across various countries

• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for student admissions and visa processing

• Ensure high service quality and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and educational partners

• Develop strategies to increase student enrolment for different destinations

• Conduct seminars and workshops to inform students about study abroad options and career pathways
