Experience:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR & Administration Officer to manage our human resources and day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a productive work environment.
Human Resources (HR):
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and background checks.
Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and conduct orientation sessions.
Maintain updated physical and digital employee records and personal files.
Monitor daily attendance, leave management, and assist in monthly payroll processing.
Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee training programs.
Administration:
Supervise daily office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment procurement while maintaining a strict inventory.
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and utility agencies.
Supervise administrative staff (cleaners, messengers, and security guards).
Handle official correspondence, filing, and preparation of various internal memos or reports.
Manage logistics for company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
