  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and land surveys.

Job Context:

Manager under the Land Acquisition Department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job related Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and assess potential land parcels for development projects.

  2. Coordinate with landowners, brokers, local representatives and government offices for land-related information and updates.

  3. Assist in land negotiation, verification, documentation and registration processes.

  4. Follow up with Legal, Survey and Engineering departments for due diligence activities.

  5. Maintain land records, files, maps and acquisition-related documents.

  6. Prepare reports and status updates for management review.

  7. Arrange site visits, field surveys and stakeholder meetings when required.

  8. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  9. Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to land procurement activities.
