• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel, Interior Design

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in packaging design, product labels, or industrial design is a plus.
• Expert in CNC design (e.g., CNC router, laser cutting) and basic knowledge of interior and exterior design is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (Expert level).
• 2D & 3D Design
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work done in Adobe Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
• Computer Skills (MS Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual design skills.
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and maintain consistency across designs.
• Good understanding of laser cutting and bending preparation and digital file preparation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

MOS Design and Manufacture, Dhaka, Bangladesh is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Designer (Adobe Illustrator Expert) to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality vector graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for both digital and print media. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Create vector-based graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator.

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, packaging, labels, and brand assets.

• Convert rough sketches, ideas, or briefs into polished and professional designs.

• Work closely with the marketing, product, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand identity.

• Maintain and update design templates and brand guidelines.

• Prepare artwork for printing, ensuring proper color modes, resolutions, bleed, and file formats.

• Revise and adapt existing designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates.
