Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and Check daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
∎ Check and Monitor Inventory management, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Maintain open communication channels across departments to ensure a cohesive workflow.
∎ Strong Knowledge of capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ Regular communicate with Knitting, Dyeing, AOP, Store, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing & Merchandising for daily & monthly line loading plan & delivery dates.
∎ Check and monitor the process loss e.g. chemical dozing, heat set, reprocessing, fabric cutting etc.
∎ Knowledge about efficient Finishing operations, Chemicals, Finishing costing, quality parameters, and management reporting.
∎ Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes.
∎ Check the bulk recipe to be provided to the Dyeing Team by double checking with the Color Lab Team/R&D Team.
∎ Check the daily production reports at the end of the shifts/days.
∎ Work on Dyeing batch wise Long Duration batch check & Cost of extra time analysis report.
∎ Prepare water consumption report Daily/Weekly/Monthly with variance analysis report standard vs Actual.
∎ Regularly check and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different production processes.
∎ Checking the knitting and dyeing machine-wise Load planning.

We are seeking energetic & proactive individual for the position of Deputy/Assistant Manager to join our Production Audit team for our renowned knit-composite Factory. These auditors will check and ensure SOP and industry standard in each section to ensure compliance with quality specifications, preventing defects and minimizing rework. Overall, their role will improve product quality, reduce defects, enhance efficiency, and ensure timely delivery, ultimately supporting customer satisfaction and profitability.
