Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline preferably (Engineering and URP) with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall project Implementation direct supervision of the Project Manager (PM).
∎ Facilitate the day-to-day functioning of the Project Team.
∎ Manage the human and financial resources, in consultation with the PC, for achieving results in line with the outputs and activities outlined in the project document.
∎ Responsible for implementing the activities as per annual implementation plan and review work plan weekly basis.
∎ Monitor project input and activities and manage progress against the outcomes defined in the project document.
∎ Ensure supportive supervision and build dynamic team
∎ Make extensive visits to the project locations in order to ensure smooth implementation of the project activities.
∎ Monitor the resource are properly utilized and check bill, voucher transparent way.
∎ Check the bill voucher according to BRAC policy and ensure transaction transparency
∎ Support to project manager for providing necessary input revised budget and new budget.
∎ Purchase requisition raise and follow up according to budgeted line item and procurement policy.
∎ Monitor source of transaction and bill entry point for transparency.
∎ Ensure expenditure happened according to budget line item and code.
∎ Monitor the training activities of staff development closely in filed level.
∎ Provide coaching, mentoring and supportive supervision for building staff capacity.
∎ Ensure supportive coordination with Branch managers for program betterment.
∎ Coordinate the distribution of responsibilities amongst team members and organize monitoring and tracking system of all components of the project.
∎ Coordinate and manage to implement day-to-day procurement and logistic support in line with brac policy.
∎ Maintain effective liaison/interaction with relevant local government institutions, national and international agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders and other relevant implementing partners of the project.
∎ Facilitate donors to conduct field visits as and when required.
∎ Develop ideas to minimize the emerged crisis as per the field contexts.
∎ Ensure effective management of the project's financial resources.
∎ Keep concentration on maximum use of staff and volunteers in project implementation level.
∎ Prepare proposals for mobilization of human, technical or financial resources as project demand.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly narrative progress reports, and organize monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
∎ Prepare best practices capitalization report and disseminate it.
∎ Undertake regular field visits to provide technical guidance and supervision as well as regularly monitor the progress of project activities
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge of WASH Programme Implementation
∎ Demonstrated skilss in financial budhet management
∎ Excellent skills in coordination and networking
