Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare product plan and marketing tactics of fertilizer, PGR and bio-product aiming to enhance business of portfolio and build stronger brand compliant to BRAC's strategic goal of value creation;
∎ To boost up the present Micronutrient Fertilizer business by preparing yearly import plan & pricing, ensure the timely import of the product;
∎ To communicate with principal company of abroad for searching new Bio-products (Bio-pesticides & Bio-fertilizers), Micronutrient Fertilizers and Plant Growth Regulator (PGR);
∎ Conducting trial for selecting appropriate product, ensuring registration according to the government rules, planning new products trial marketing and demonstration of existing products;
∎ Liaison and linkage with Donor, Government and Non-Government Organization, National and International Research Organization, and manage vendors, organize field day, meeting, seminar, and fair at different beneficiary levels;
∎ Design the products through proper packaging, promotional materials, prepare training material for different products as well as conduct training of sales staff;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
