• MBA or Master`s degree from reputed public or private university in home & abroad.

• Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

• Candidates having 3rd (third) division/class in any academic qualification are discouraged from applying.

• At least 25 years

• At least 25 years in banking, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role (e.g., SEVP or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, risk management, and compliance.

• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in large-scale banking environments.

• Strategic thinking, effective communication, and team management skills.
