Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of managing and leading large business team to mobilize business, ensure asset quality, maintain productive customer relationship and catering to the growing and diverse needs of the business segments.
∎ Proficiency in developing business strategies and there implementation plan to ensure sustainable business and profit growth in line with the business strategies, targets and objectives of the Bank.
∎ Should have very good rapport with the leading business community, excellent knowledge of market economy, corporate business/MSME business, regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational excellence and to provide advice and guidelines on all aspects of organizational developments and goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 20 years' banking experience in reputed commercial bank(s) of which, minimum two (2) year experience in the position of SEVP, with a unique blend of professional exposure in corporate credit/SME business/retail business/foreign trade and core risk management.
∎ Age maximum 55 (fifty five) years as on 30.12.2021.
