6–08 years in dyeing production, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Well conversant-behaved, honest, proactive and able to work timely
Able to work under pressure and tackle emergency situation
Strong leadership and team management skill
Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for dyeing production and quality as the buyer’s requirements
- To follow up the dyeing and finishing process according to the quality requirement of the buyer to meet the delivery schedule
- To prepare daily, monthly and yearly dyeing production plan
- Monitor and manage production KPI’s to achieve on time delivery target
- Keep special attention on customer complain and take corrective and preventive action regarding lab dips and sample
- Recheck the entire recipe before bulk dyeing production
- To develop new dyeing recipes for yarn dyeing
- To work very closely with the Sales Team to understand buyers’ requirement and meet shipment lead time
- Control all associated operational and manufacturing costs according to the prevailing budget forecast
- To arrange and ensure all third-party tests as per buyer’s requirements if required
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on production performance and challenges
- Planning daily production targets by optimizing manpower deployment across shifts and delivery schedules
- Supervise shift in-charges, operators, and helpers to maintain discipline and productivity
- Conduct regular training for workers on process knowledge, quality awareness, and safety practices
- Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts among production staff
- Enforce compliance with safety norms, HR policies and company policies
