∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Breeding, animal husbandry, Doctor/ Consultant, Farm Management, Milk collection, Veterinarian
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Animal/Plant Breeding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hub Administrative responsibilities
∎ Monitoring all documents and files on regular basis.
∎ Follow up all Ceiling Center
∎ Preparing collection plan and its implementation.
∎ Quality control of raw milk.
∎ Regular field visit and communication with Farmers.
∎ Monitoring proper cleaning and sanitation of chilling plant & surrounding area.
∎ Maintaining liaison with transport officer and chilling center in charge.
∎ Attending weekly meeting and submit progress report to the authority.
∎ Any other Responsibilities given by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skill.
∎ Willingness to develop a long-term career in FMCG industry.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
