Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Honors/Masters) in any discipline, preferably Business, Marketing, or related field
Relevant experience in corporate sales/B2B business development is mandatory
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in corporate sales or B2B business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate clients
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients to expand ALEL’s business portfolio.
Conduct regular market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and superior customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
