∎ Should have strong foundation on financial product designing to meet the extra-ordinary requirement of client

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IIDFC PLC. - an active player in the Financial Sector- is a leading Finance Company promoted by ten banks both from public and private sector, three insurance companies and Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB).
∎ IIDFC PLC. is looking for an experienced and dynamic person in the to join our Corporate Finance Department and lead the recovery and management of non-performing loan (NPL) and classified assets.
∎ Searching for new clients to establish relationship.
∎ Maintaining relationship with clients and accordingly provide necessary service.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation of the accounts.
∎ Identifying and pitching to profitable Companies to source Corporate Deposits.
∎ Continuous monitoring of the disbursed facilities, negotiating payment arrangements, initiating early warning for the potential problem assets.
∎ Preparation of Disbursement Memo and Disbursement of Credit Facilities.
∎ Communicate with other Departments on various issues to ensure smooth transactions of corporate clients.
∎ Ensuring compliance as per the directives of the Regulatory.
∎ Ensuring timely reply of query from CRM/ICC/External Audit and Regulators.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management/ Department Head from time to time.
