∎ Proven experience as an Accounts and Finance Manager or in a similar senior-level position.
∎ In-depth knowledge of financial, Banking and accounting principles, Loan Management and regulations.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the overall financial and accounting operations of the company.·
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health.·
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports.·
∎ Monitor and control company expenditure and ensure compliance with financial regulations.·
∎ Manage cash flow, banking, and investment activities.·
∎ Lead and mentor the Accounts and Finance team.·
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives.·
∎ Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
∎ Preparation and implementation of detailed work plan and methodology of Finance and Accounting.
∎ Liaising with banks to maintain banking facilities.
∎ Look after the treasury operation by Fund inflow and outflow monitoring along with forecasting and arranging funds for business needs.
∎ To deal with Bank and arrange loan/ working capital/term loan for the project/company.
