• Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting

• Master’s in Finance and Accounts from any reputed university.
• CA CC will be given preference.

• Must have hands-on experience with WFX and Trakwell systems.

• Strong understanding of garment production processes (from order booking to shipment).

• Prior experience in ERP implementation or cross-departmental coordination roles is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Access, and ERP reporting tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

• Sound knowledge of supply chain, production, and merchandising functions in garments.

• Proactive attitude and strong ownership of ERP performance.

• Lead end-to-end administration of WFX and Trakwell ERP systems.

• Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted operation across all departments.

• Verify that all modules (Merchandising, Production, IE, Planning, Store, Commercial, HR, Accounts) are functioning as per SOP.

• Ensure all data entries are done timely, accurately, and consistently by responsible users.

• Regularly review data for errors, duplication, or missing entries and coordinate corrections.

• Create and maintain system master data: buyer codes, style details, fabric types, supplier lists, process routes, etc.

• Coordinate with IT and ERP vendors for system maintenance, updates, and bug resolution.

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before system rollouts.

• Liaise with ERP vendor teams (WFX/Trakwell) to customize reports, dashboards, and workflows as per business requirements.

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports are generated from ERP system.

• Support management with real-time dashboards and decision-making analytics.

• Coordinate with senior management to develop customized KPI and performance reports.

• Ensure all ERP reports align with buyers’ and audit compliance requirements.

• Any other task assign by the management.
