  • Good understanding of textile manufacturing and product costing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written); other language skills are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to prepare business reports.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:

The Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager – Marketing (Textile) is responsible for supporting the overall marketing and business development activities related to textile products. This includes managing client relationships, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, coordinating with production, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining high service standards

 

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract international and local buyers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and support in expanding the client base (Local & export).

  • Responsible for order development to final payment collection

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on their requirements.

  • Prepare price quotations based on product type, order volume, and market conditions.

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

  • Assist in contract negotiation and handle order confirmations.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor order status, resolve client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Attend buyer meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions to represent the company.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

  • Work closely with the Manager in achieving departmental sales and growth targets.

  • Any others task assigns by management
