∎ Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices in RMG Sector.
∎ Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
∎ Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS word, MS excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & complaint handling.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for leading the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items and inventory management as per standard and company policy.
∎ Maintain stock position of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, General Store and Finished Goods of the Factory.
∎ Maintain stock position according to Software System.
∎ Check & forwarded of monthly materials receiving & consumption statement to higher management as per costing report.
∎ Strategically managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
∎ Communicate with other departments to ensure products are delivered to the floor in a timely manner.
∎ Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
∎ Ensure maximize use of surface area and confirm safe and proper storage of goods.
∎ Documentation and reporting of received & disbursed materials.
∎ Any other task given by management from time to time.
