∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Very good competency in Sales analysis and team training.
∎ 10 years’ experience in any reputed Real Estate company with Minimum 3 years in the similar position.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the entire Sales including policy formulation and implementation.
∎ Responsible to lead Sales Team and have to achieve team target.
∎ Lead the team for daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
∎ Create new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.
∎ Time to time report to the supervisor.
∎ Able to find some new corporate house/individual customers who are eligible to buy our product.
∎ Create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Aggressive for sales completion with excellent leadership capability.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic deputy sales manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 5 to 6 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
