Responsibilities & Context:

·Develop and maintain strong business relationships with garment manufacturers, buying offices, and sourcing teams.

·Promote and sell interlining (trims products) to existing and potential customers.

·Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territories.

·Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

·Provide technical and product support regarding interlining applications and product specifications.

·Conduct regular factory visits and customer meetings to understand customer requirements.

·Coordinate with merchandising, technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

·Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis.

·Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.

·Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

·Participate in product presentations, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

·Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
