Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At least 23 years

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

• Good understanding of garments accessories products and market dynamics.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling garments accessories products, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with garment factories, buying houses, and corporate clients.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Promote the company's garments accessories products and services.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

• Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.
