• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Graduation in any discipline, preferably BBA in Marketing and Sales with a strong academic track record

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
• Should have a good understanding of strategic planning
• Must able to stay online even after office and holidays
• The candidate should be a dedicated and dynamic professional in marketing and sales
• Individuals should possess good manners and have exposure to a positive attitude

Responsibilities & Context:

• Selling all residential apartments of Esquire Apartments Limited
• Identify potential clients through lead generation activities including online platforms, referrals, and field visits
• Conduct regular visits to public and private offices for marketing and promotional activities
• Follow up with prospective client and maintain regular communication to convert leads into sales
• Support senior sales staff in client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
• Provide accurate information regarding property details, pricing, and project updates
• Understand the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction, and share feedback with team members
• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor
• Maintain and regularly update the client database, inquiries, and sales pipeline
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and progress reports
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events
• Achieve assigned individual sales targets within deadlines
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Any other task decided upon by management
