∎ The candidate should have Bachelor/Master in Marketing/ Management/ Finance/ Public Administration/ Social Welfare/ Sociology with a minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and taking initiatives to achieve the sales target. Must be target oriented.
∎ To ensure timely collection of receivables from clients as per policy.
∎ Responsible for ensuring timely product delivery to the clients. To ensure & responsible for timely product delivery to the clients.
∎ To prepare and finalize sales target and collection forecast and necessary analysis with comparison.
∎ To possess to drive and increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities.
∎ Visiting the market, hunting new clients, creating market opportunities and reporting to the authority.
∎ To implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ To develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing and potential clients.
∎ To provide prompt and on-time services to customers.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates.
