Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in relevant field; educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates having significant experience and skills in the relevant field;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track record with a minimum of 05 years of experience in Safety and Security Management with a minimum of 04 years in supervisory role;
∎ Excellent understanding on the current Safety and Security issues (local and global), preferably on Rohingya Response;
∎ Sound knowledge on security risk assessment;
∎ Ability to train others;
∎ Experience serving in military in a rank not below Captain or equivalent;
∎ Experience of working in (i)NGO is preferred;
∎ Positive with 'Can Do' attitude;
∎ Very good at verbal and written communication and experienced in writing reports;
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
∎ Skilled in information collection;
∎ Ability to communicate with impact;
∎ Confident in coordinating with the law enforcement and government agencies;
∎ Training on field security.
