Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be mainly responsible for maintaining close coordination with district and upazila level MOH&FW officials and implement the project activities in their assign districts including the prototype districts.
∎ S/he will provide technical support to GOB counterparts for demonstration of Midwifery led care services at Upazila health complexes.
∎ In coordination with Clinical Mentor and local level MOH&FW s/he will ensure quality of BEmNOC services at UHCs and will also routinely update field staffs' performance by facility wise and also will be responsible for administrative and financial activities of the project at district level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years field implementation experience, preferably in MNCH programs
∎ Demonstrable experience in working closely with the government agencies, experience with MOH&FW is strongly preferred.
∎ S/he is expected to have sound understanding of MOH&FW structure and functionalities
∎ Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadline.
