This position will be the technical focal of ensuring MIS supports to all programmes and sectors of HCMP under the supervision of Programme Manager MEAL. Supervise the development of monitoring and MIS tools/ reporting formats and ensure timely and accurate reporting as per guidelines. Analyze the target vs. achievement scenario and resource mobilization
Develop a policy to ensure data accuracy and security of Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme
Develop and implement standard MIS across all sectors of Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme with efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Supervise to the development of MIS tools/ reporting formats and ensure timely and accurate reporting as per guidelines
Manage & strengthen MIS reporting channel, recording and reporting system, and preservation of data and reports for periodic monitoring of programme areas
Ensure Logistics MIS (LMIS) recording and reporting system along with preservation of data/ report and ensure central monthly inventory report with proper documentation
Analyze the target vs. achievement scenario and resource mobilization
Ensure capacity development of concern MIS staff
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
