∎ Age 30 to 42 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
∎ Assist the Supervisor in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical raw materials.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights for strategic planning.
∎ Creating a short- and long-term sales plan aimed at achieving specified revenue objectives and overall business growth.
∎ Guide and mentor team members to develop them up.
∎ To communicate overseas principals (manufacturers/suppliers) for pharmaceutical samples, documents, prices etc. according to the customer's requirement.
∎ To make report of requirement list, sample submission detail, development status, test report status, commercial order status etc.
∎ Address quality and technical issues related to commercial consignments by managing documentation and client complaints efficiently and effectively.
∎ To research & study new products (i.e. API, Excipient, Packaging Materials, etc.) to enhance the product portfolios and meet market demands.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management, facilitating informed decision-making.
∎ Establish and Maintain liaisons with Government Regulatory bodies to enlist the overseas principals (manufacturers/suppliers).
