Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks to maximize coverage and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key clients to ensure loyalty and long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Lead negotiations, finalize business deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Train, mentor, and monitor sales & marketing staff to achieve KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market growth, and dealer activities.
