• Develop Strategic Plans.

• Formulate long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.

• Conduct Market and Competitive Analysis.

• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and threats.

• Evaluate Business Performance.

• Assess internal performance metrics to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.

• Collaborate Across Departments for information and validation

• Work with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented effectively.

• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the management.

• Identify Growth Opportunities.

• Explore new markets and innovation pathways for business expansion.

• Monitor Industry Regulations and Risks

• Develop Business Cases and Presentations

• Prepare detailed reports and compelling presentations to the management

• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives and monitor their progress.
