Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's in any field from any recognized university/reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developed relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate project solution.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the consultants and track these goals by meeting with consultants on a regular basis.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Ensure sales deed on behalf of Company and submit all sales report on-time to management.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
∎ Rollout the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
∎ Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Sales and Marketing division under management dynamic leadership.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6-8 year(s) at real state sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes under immense pressure.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
