Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and closing.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project briefings to potential customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for agreement signing, documentation, and payment follow-up.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design promotional content, brochures, videos, and social media materials.
  • Support lead generation initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, and segmentation.
  • Organize and participate in property fairs, corporate events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in project positioning.

Team & Coordination:

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.
  • Work closely with the project development and customer service teams to align sales strategies with project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structure, and approval processes.
