Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing

• At least 8 years

• Age 32 to 55 years

• Visit prospective customers and narrowed down the interested customers in a database.
• Design sales plan and review it periodically.
• Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing organization's vision.
• Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
• Hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
• Develop and manage sales budgets.
• Conduct sales related campaigns and activation programs.Closely work with associated departments (i.e. Branding, Marketing, Business Development etc.).
• Ensure optimum utilization of Various Sales tools & techniques provided by the companyIdentify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
• Establish guideline to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
• Manage and monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• Maintain relationship with the customers.
• Monitor existing competitors’ activities and compete accordingly.
• Periodical report generation and presentation.
• Attend the real estate fair as per Company guidelines.
• Other special jobs as assigned by the Director, Sales & Marketing.
