Responsibilities & Context:
To Supervision of electrical works & all types of materials quality for different projects to ensure quality checking and supervision of all types of electrical works, frequent site supervision capability at any stage.
To supervise electrical details drawings to find out any deviation and collect revised drawing from design department or consultant.
To Checking of details drawing of Sub-station room, meter room, generator room, Lift machine room collection & Ensuring quality of Construction works.
To Monitoring of installation, testing & commissioning works of Sub-Station equipment's, lift equipment, Generator, HVAC etc. Negotiation after collecting rate from vendors of different Electro-Mechanical like Fire hydrant work, fire alarm work, water sprinkler work, CC TV work, PA system, Intercom work etc.
To Ensuring of earthling works of Sub-station, generator & lightning arrester. Attend all kind of side call regarding the problems of substation equipment, Intercom, TV /Telephone, Internet & speaker any problem of internal wiring of market/ apartment before hand over the project.
To check and Ensuring cable wiring for solar panel from MDB to distribution point and Testing of Solar system with knowledge on MDB, SDB and BBT Installation.
Time to time communicate with electrician or electrical contractor & project in-charge for electrical related problems.
Electrical work contractor bill checking all types of Electrical works for commercial and apartment project.
Sound knowledge on different types of Electrical component and capable for Cable laying, junction procedure completion.
Capable for maintenance work of overall electrical machinery and equipment including sub-station.
Supervise full function of MEP as per compliance standard.
