• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age At most 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5 years in a Pharmaceuticals Industry.

• Plan and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company’s production and business goals.

• Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials and engineering spares.

• Negotiate price, payment terms and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value for the company.

• Manage import-related activities such as LC opening, shipment follow-up, customs clearance and coordination with C&F agents.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with DGDA, NBR other relevant regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Accounts and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Maintain supplier database and regularly assess supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing).

• Prepare purchase plans, cost analysis reports and procurement budgets for management review.

• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Implement and improve procurement policies, SOPs and ERP systems for better transparency and efficiency.
