∎ Experience managing events end to end; tracking key intakes and deliverables and ensuring all details for success are in place.Experience working in in-person event environments, digital events experience is a plus.Proven track record of delivering results via effective program management and stakeholder accountability.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Experience with marketing technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach and On24, and experience tracking and managing leads in these systems.Impeccable time management skills - responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.Able to juggle multiple projects and workflows at once.Great written and verbal communication skills.Ability to balance creative thinking and analytical acumen.Works independently, deals well with ambiguity.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning total outdoor marketing in line with Annual Budget and Brand Plan.Prepare selection criteria and choose location with appropriate location analysis.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for Quality Work Execution.Current trend analysis.Competitive analysis.Guerilla Marketing.Manage event inventory.Develop concept for events.Outline Budget.Approving all activities for the event.Supervise volunteers’ deployment at the events.Event completion report analysis and find out the development criteria.Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.Organize facilities and manage all events details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. Any other relevant task assigned by the Management.
