Job Context

We are looking for dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate Industry. This candidate should have at least 02 to 04 years of proven experience in marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing Strategy for the growth of the Organization

• Market assessments, sales trends analysis and movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.

• Track information on competitor strategy and market condition directly and through sales force.

• Manages relationship development with prospective customers with a view to enhancing sales volume.

• Directs and supervises close working with customers to monitor customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of the same.

• Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.

• Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Must be Target Oriented.

• Responsible to achieve individual sales target.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• Corporate sales planning and implementation.
