Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with Aftab’s business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals and KPIs.

  • Enhance and maintain the Aftab brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

  • Develop branding campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

  • Lead the marketing efforts for all product categories including DOC, cattle feed, poultry feed, and fish feed.

  • Develop and manage product launch plans, promotional activities, and advertising campaigns.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and collateral that support product sales.

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with key stakeholders including farmers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Organize events, trade shows, and seminars to promote Aftab’s products and connect with customers.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and their impact on sales and profitability.
